A unique case study where Supply Chain Junction assisted in radically reinventing an entire company legacy: Skye Clothing and Footwear undertook a major initiative to move their business ahead of their competitors by closing down three warehouses, each of which was managed by a paper-based system, and replacing them with a single, state of the art, centralised distribution centre in Crown Mines, Gauteng.
